Four County Players has made the difficult decision to cancel all future performances of The Mousetrap. This announcement comes after consideration of advice from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Virginia Department of Health, the Governor’s decisions about containing the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), and our overriding desire to protect the health of our community.
This is a rapidly changing situation and Four County Players has not made this decision lightly. We are very grateful for the cast and crew of The Mousetrap for the beautiful show that they created and for the audiences that were able to see and appreciate the show.
Four County Players is offering to exchange your ticket for another show in 2020 or accept the value of your unused ticket as a tax-deductible donation to Four County Players. Please contact the box office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to the theater as soon as possible.
The scene of this original “whodunit” is set when a group of people snowed in at a country house discover, to their horror, that there is a murderer in their midst. Who can it be? One by one, the suspicious characters reveal their sordid pasts until at the last, nerve-shredding moment, the identity and the motive are finally revealed. Agatha Christie’s classic murder mystery has the distinction of being the World’s Longest Running Play, and for good reason!
All Performances of Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap have been cancelled. Thank you for your support and understanding.
